As part of its global expansion strategy and its consumer-centric vision, the latin bevtech founded by Argentine Carlos Sluman enters the cold brew coffee ready to drink industry, expanding its footprint in the natural energy category.
Beliv, the fastest-growing better-for-you beverage global company in Latin America, with a portfolio of more than 40 brands, presence in 30 countries and founded by Argentine entrepreneur Carlos Sluman, announces the acquisition of 78% stake in High Brew. High Brew is a pioneering and leading brand in the cold brew coffee ready to drink industry, which is a rapidly growing category in the United States. The remaining shares will continue to be held by its founder, David Smith, and current investors.
The milestone is a part of Beliv’s global expansion strategy and its consumer centric vision, and lets the company increase its footprint in the country where it is already present with OCA, Güitig, Petit and Big Easy, added to the portfolio through a purchase in 2021. Beliv operates in China, Europe and Latin America, offering a diverse range of products, including natural energy beverages, functional and carbonated waters, as well as juices and nectars. Notably, Citric Juices holds a prominent position in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and the Asian market.
